 | John E. McDowell Mr. McDowell is responsible for the overall leadership and management of WCB and is a member of the Investment Committee and Chairman of the Portfolio Review Committee. He has been with the firm since it's inception in 1984. Prior to joining the company, he was Senior Vice President and Director of Client Relations and Marketing for the Fixed Income Group of Commerce Union Bank (now a part of Bank of America). He also served as a fixed income portfolio manager of retirement assets. He has been in the industry since 1973. He received his B.S. from Tennessee Tech University and his M.B.A. from the University of Tennessee Graduate School of Business. |
