| Robert O’Donnell
Executive Vice President and Chief Counsel Mr. O’Donnell is the firm’s Chief Legal Counsel. He has been with the company since September, 2009.
Before joining the firm, Mr. O’Donnell’s law practice specialized in the area of public finance in Pennsylvania. He was elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and served there for 19 years in various positions including majority leader and Speaker of the House. After leaving elected office, Mr. O’Donnell provided strategic guidance to emerging democratic governments abroad as well as lecturing extensively on matters of public policy and legislative process in the U.S. Mr. O’Donnell currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Drexel University Law School. He is a graduate of Temple University and its law school, and attended The Hague Academy of International Law.
