 | John E. McDowell Mr. McDowell is responsible for the overall leadership and management of WCB and is Chairman of the Portfolio Review Committee. He has been with the firm since its inception. Prior to joining the company, he was Senior Vice President and Director of Client Relations and Marketing for the Fixed Income Group of Commerce Union Bank (now a part of Bank of America). He also served as a fixed income portfolio manager of retirement assets. Mr. McDowell received his B.S. from Tennessee Tech University and his M.B.A. from the University of Tennessee Graduate School of Business. |
